MSA was the architect of record for the Rebecca School's new location on East 21st Street. This 60,000 sq. ft. school is spread over eight floors and a roof deck. It provides a bright and colorful backdrop for Rebecca School's innovative educational programs for neurodevelopmental delays, spanning kindergarten through young adult education and life skills.

Given the extremely challenging schedule of seven months, the team needed to provide full design, all permits, a change-of-use on the Certificate of Occupancy, and most incredibly, permission from the Zoning Board for approval in a non as-of-right district, all while helping to shape collaborative and cheerful spaces for students of all ages to learn and develop.

Working with RPO Inc, Creative Studio Architects of Columbus, OH, and Omundsen Construction, MSA delivered the project for occupancy in time for the School's inaugural opening year in their new space.
